Jewish Restitution Successor Organization (JRSO)
The JRSO was founded in 1948. Its purpose was to represent Jewish constituencies in obtaining restitution for "Aryanized" property in the U.S. zone of occupation. The tasks of the JRSO were assumed by the Conference on Jewish Material Claims Against Germany in 1951.
